PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 
NUT PLUG is selected nut shells ground to granular form in specific size ranges.

 
FEATURES AND BENEFITS 
NUT PLUG is made available in fine (F), medium (M) and coarse (C) grades.  
NUT PLUG is an effective means of controlling lost circulation and is available in fine, medium and coarse grades.  
NUT PLUG is compatible with water and oil base drilling fluids.  
The fine grade of NUT PLUG can be circulated through a 20 mesh shale shaker screen. Coarser grades will be removed from the system unless the solids control / removal equipment is by passed.
 
APPLICATION 
NUT PLUG is utilized to control lost circulation in water and oil base drilling fluids. It may be utilized by itself in re-circulated fluid or in "pill" form with fibrous and flake material.
 
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT 
Treatment levels are determined by the type and severity of the lost circulation.
