Oxidized starch
Oxidized starch is made of natural corn starch modified by the latest oxidation technology, and then undergoes washing-dehydration-drying-fine screening-packaging and other processes. Mainly used in papermaking and textiles.
Features:
1. The paste has low viscosity, good fluidity, strong adhesion and high stability. Long-term use will not cause excessive viscosity fluctuation or system pressure increase.
2. The finished product has good film-forming properties, and the film has excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance and transparency.
3. The product has high whiteness, low impurity content, increased hydrophilicity of particles, low gelatinization temperature, and energy saving.
4. The product viscosity can be specially processed within the range of user requirements; other indicators can also be processed according to user requirements.
5. At the same time, oxidized starch is also used in textile and food industries.
Instructions:
1. Under stirring, add the product to cold water to make a suspoemulsion with a concentration of about 10%, heat up to 90°C, keep it for 15-20 minutes to fully gelatinize, and dilute with clear water for later use.
2. When mixed with other sizing agents, it should be added during the dilution process after gelatinization.
3. In use, the reflux liquid should be filtered, the reflux tank should be kept clean, and the temperature of the paste liquid should be kept stable.
